Did school leave you feeling unintelligent or unartistic?  Have you ever felt shame for "getting it wrong"?  I think most of us have, and the further on the creative journey I go, the more I see the connection between these experiences and the obstacles you face on the creative journey.  The hoop-jumping of school assignments, plus the social and academic hierarchy in your peer group, might have made you a good student, but did it make you an independent thinker?  How did your school experiences impact your creativity?  Is there any teacher that became the voice of your inner-critic?
